Material for masks with filter insert

Our filter insert composed of MeltBlown nonwoven fabric located between layers of Spunbond cover fabric (a.k.a. interlining, wigofilm, nonwoven) is designed for protective masks and smokestacks. Meltblown nonwoven is the heart of the filter insert - it is necessary to ensure proper filtration. MeltBlown nonwoven fabric minimizes the access of pathogens and airborne contaminants. The use of MeltBlown is therefore necessary for the mask to fulfill its protective function and not just be a decoration on our face.  All of our cartridge provides high filtration efficiency and high air permeability at the same time.
