2. Reinforcement tapes made of thermoplastic adhesive

Reinforcement tapes made of thermoplastic adhesive

• Used for bonding the bottom of clothing and for protection of clothing seams
• Used for protection of edges against fraying and for improving drape ability
• The use of adhesive tapes doesn’t require special equipment – just iron with thermostat, the required temperature is ~ 130º C

• Tapes in the form of polyamide net on the paper
• Nonwoven tapes as a transparent film

3. Tapes reinforced by sewing through or by a stitch

Tapes reinforced by sewing through or by a stitch

• Made of sewed through nonwoven, cut diagonally
• Perfectly protect oval cuttings  for e.g. armpit or cleavage against stretching during sewing
• Tapes are applied by iron set in “wool” with temp. ~ 160º C

• Reinforced by chain type stitch
• Reinforced by a stitch 

4. Double reinforcement tapes

Double tapes made of nonwoven.

We offer double tapes:

• Made of two nonwovens, that are bonded by a stitch – covered stitch
• Adhesive is located on the outer sides of tapes
• Tapes are applied by iron set in “wool” with temp. ~ 160º C
• Those tapes simplify the work and guarantee high quality  finishing
• Allow to easily attach the edges of clothing
• Allow to make invisible hems e.g. the bottom of jacket, sleeves etc.
• Allow easy attaching of jacket wrapping  to its front  

5. Perforated tapes made of nonwovens   

We offer perforated tapes made of nonwovens 

• Perforated tapes made of viscose – polyester nonwovens
• The purpose of the tapes is to  stiffen and form the sewn-in strips e.g. for trousers or skirts
• Our  tapes maintain the equal width of the belt
• Used perforation allow to get correct edge of fold
• Perforation eliminates also thickness of edges
• Used for hems of suits, jackets and sleeves
• The amount of perforation (1,2 or 3), width and spacing of perforation is determined by the Client

6. Perforated tapes with reinforcement

• Used for reinforcing and stabilizing sewn in strips , especially for men’s trousers 
• Our  tapes maintain the equal width of the belt
• Used perforation allow to get correct edge of fold
• Perforation eliminates also thickness of edges
